Dress Code
The Teen Court Coordinator and/or Judge Memeo reserves the right to refuse to hear the case of any offender who fails to abide by the outlined dress code. Furthermore, Teen Court will refuse jury duty to offenders fulfilling a teen court sentence who fail to abide the dress code. The following dress code will be observed by offenders, staff members, jury members, and courtroom observers:
No caps or hats
No inappropriate logos
No tank tops or exposed midriffs
No torn or dirty clothing
Jeans are allowed if they are neat and clean
No short shorts or short skirts (fingertip length or longer)
No sunglasses
No pajamas
No sagging pants or exposed underwear
No beepers or cell phones
No Flip-Flops
